Terms of Service
Use of the Service
LogAnalyzer.eu (“the Service”) provides automated analysis of log files to help identify potential system incidents, performance issues, and security anomalies. The Service is intended to assist users in debugging, monitoring, and understanding system behavior. It does not replace professional system administration, security auditing, or incident-response processes.
Accuracy of Analysis
All analysis, summaries, and recommendations generated by LogAnalyzer.eu are produced automatically using software algorithms and AI models.
Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. The Service may misinterpret log formats or fail to detect certain issues.
Users must independently validate all results before taking operational, security, or business actions.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded logs comply with applicable laws and regulations and do not contain sensitive personal data or regulated information that should not be processed by automated tools.
Users must upload only logs belonging to systems they have permission to analyze and must maintain backups of all logs and system data.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LogAnalyzer.eu and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, downtime, security incidents, or operational issues resulting from reliance on automated analysis or generated reports.
No guarantee is made regarding uptime, availability, or performance. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.
Billing and Paddle Compliance
LogAnalyzer.eu uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. One-time payments for analysis-credit packages, invoices, and tax calculations are handled by Paddle.
By purchasing a credit package, you agree to Paddle’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Paddle may appear as the billing entity on your bank or card statements.
The package price and number of analyses are shown at checkout. Credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, upload illegal or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.
You may stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time.
Changes to the Terms
LogAnalyzer.eu may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
