2. Log Data Processing
Logs uploaded to LogAnalyzer.eu may contain technical information generated by your systems. Before storage and processing, logs are automatically sanitized to remove common forms of personal data such as email addresses, IP addresses, tokens, API keys, and session identifiers.
Sanitization is performed using automated filters. However, you remain responsible for ensuring logs do not contain sensitive personal data before upload.

Accounts scheduled for deletion are removed after a 30‑day grace period, unless the deletion request is cancelled.
Activity and audit logs are retained for security and compliance for a limited period. Audit logs are automatically deleted after 30 days unless a longer retention period is required for security investigations or legal obligations.

We use appropriate data-processing terms and safeguards with our service providers.
